SHOW DESIGN
Airports are designed to provide efficient transportation services to the public. Extensive planning and management are required to meet this business need while converting the facility into an airshow venue that will host thousands of spectators. The layout and design of every aspect of the airshow are vital to the event’s success. A well-organized and comprehensive layout strategy impacts your show’s ability to provide quality customer service, sponsorship fulfillment and most importantly, safety. AIR OPERATIONS
AirSupport provides planning for staging and movement of aircraft before, during and after the airshow. This includes airshow operations as well as a plan to accommodate commercial, military or other airport operations that may take place in conjunction with your show.

CROWD MANAGEMENT
Managing large crowds in a confined area is challenging. Safety around aircraft and quality customer service -- including access to food, drink, and a great view of the show – are equally important. Accommodations for Disabled Access and general public access to the show site while maintaining a high level of customer service must be considered. AirSupport provides planning for all aspects of crowd management.
SAFETY MANAGEMENT
The single, most important goal of any airshow is to assure the safety of the attending public, performers, aircrews, volunteers and staff. Special consideration should be given to aircraft and performer security as well as public safety around the aircraft. AirSupport provides coordination and on-site management of all aspects of safety planning.
SECURITY PLANNING
